Direct USA - Bad Experience
I had previously purchased meats from Oceans 6 with good results. They had a seafood special, but I had no room in my freezer.
They had a "deal" for freezer and seafood. They left a non-working freezer full of seafood on my concrete outside my garage, promising to bring a new freezer to me the next day. To date, no freezer, ruined food, and their non-working freezer after several requests to remove it still there. They have scammed me out of $350.00 - a check which was written "because they could not charge the credit card the full amount".
Shoulda known something there! Filed complaints with BBB here in Columbia area as well as home office in Florida. no response from them at all.
At least I got my credit card company to deny the charges of $504.00. But still out the $350.00
