I bought a mixed box of beef meat from a young man that was going door to door.

I have tried the steak on the grill and pan frying. It was terrible both ways.

For the heck of it I took out a frozen steak from the store and one from this company. The store one was red the other brown. It has no flavor and no taste. Beware don't buy from Direct USA foods a waste of money!! Maybe the other food they sell might be better but I'm not going to take the chance. I will stick with food stores like Publix or Sams Wholesale 12857d6
