I recently bought a box of beef and must say most
of the cuts were very good.
Except for the Flat iron steaks these have a taste I
have never tasted before and hope never to taste again.
The meat tasted more like wild game which I do not like. Packaging is very good but if you remove the meats from the boxes which saves room in the freeezer there is no way to identify the cuts of meat.
The cuts should be individually marked. for easy id
I would advise sticking to the more recognizable cuts of meats when purchasing from this company. 128589b
