They were the toughest overpriced meat I ever experienced. A complete ripoff.
I will grind up the remaining ones for hamburger. The filet mignons were tougher than the sirloins. I was suspicious of the young men that came to my door. They said they had a cancelled order from a neighbor and were selling the steaks cheap.
They tried to sell me some cheesecake with an all chinese label on it, which I immediately refused. I was a fool to buy the steaks as they had no labels on the packages. I was later worried that it might be horsemeat but I dont think horsemeat is that tough. P.S.
I barbequed them on a grill until the centers were pink.
Score one on me. I am old enough to know better, but I'm a sucker for kids working their way through college.
